I have a date for the 2th Dutch New Beetle meeting


16 and 17 april 2005

program of the both days will follow pretty soon

one thing is for sure, it will be held in the flower area of holland.. and in april is the season that the most flowers come out

Eines ist aber sicher, es wird im Blumengebiet von Holland stattfinden, und der April ist die Jahreszeit, wo die meisten Blumen zum ersten Mal anfangen zu blühen.

@jeroentje: Termin ist notiert, wenn nichts dazwischen kommt, sehen wir uns im April in Holland wieder...

holland ist doch sehr schön für ein treffen und nicht wirklich weit von köln. ich könnte mir schon vorstellen nach holland zukommen.

Wie immer vorgemerkt, aber erst kurzfristig planbar, da dieses ein Wochenende ist was ich für eventuelle Vorstellungen geblockt habe. Bis jetzt ist noch nichts drin, aber es ist ja auch erst Januar.

@ Jeroentje: Hope to be able to join you there, but as allways the decission will be very short before the date, due to the fact, that we're holding this weekend free for eventual performances. In case there is nothing, we'll be with you,and really would love to.

We have made a program for the New Beetle Weekend in Holland!!

SATURDAY

10:00 >> 11:00 arrival at the hotel in Lisse
Hotel de Nachtegaal, Lisse is our homebase for this weekend, see also the special New Beetle Arrangement

10:00 >> 12:00 New Beetle fleemarket / tradingmarket
Whoever has something to sell or something to trade can go banana's here, so take your double items with you!!!

12:00 >> 13:00 Lunch
The opportunity to have lunch* in the hotel, or bring your own lunch and eat it besides your New Beetle.

13:00 >> 14:00 Start of the puzzleride
Depending on the number of New Beetles present, there will be made small groups of 2 to 4 New Beetles per ride.

15:00 >> 16:00 The end of the puzzleride
The jury will judge the results of the puzzleride and this result will be binding. The opportunity to check-in and freshen up in the hotel.

18:00 >> the rest of the evening Distribution of prize from the puzzleride
Right after dinner* in the hotel (still need to discuss with the hotel the available options) we will have a cozy get together over a glass of soda.

SUNDAY:

xx:xx >> 10:00 Wake up and have breakfast***
At what time you wake up, is up to you, as long as you are on time to go with us to the Keukenhof

10:00 >> 10:15 Assembling for the ride to the Keukenhof
A nice stroll through the Keukenhof****, hopefully the bulbs are in full bloom.

13:00 >> 14:00 Lunch at McDonalds
(Which one this will be has to be decided and will be announced on a later time)

14:00 The end of the get together
Say goodbye and we all hope that everyone has had a good time and it will result in another get together

wenn alles gut geht sind wir dabei. würden dann aber vielleicht schon freitag nachmittag los fahren und dann ganz locker den samstag angehen wollen.

wer aus good old germany kommt den sonst noch mit?

sind von köln knapp 280 kilometer.
und ist in der nähe von amsterdam.
lohnt sich mit sicherheit.

Was ist den der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Arrangements?

Soweit ich verstanden habe gibt es nur ein Arrangement welches sämtliche mit ***** gekennzeichneten Punkte all inclusiv enthält. Dieses kostet dann 97,50 € pro Person incl. der Übernachtung bei Doppelbelegung des Zimmers. Als Einzelzimmer kostet es dann 117,50 €.

Alle Punkte bis auf das (naturgegebener Maaßen) im Übernachtungspreis enthaltene Frühstück sind jedoch auch einzeln zu den angegebenen Preisen separat buchbar.

Die vielen verschiedenen Hinweise/Links zum Arrangement dienen lediglich der Userfreundlichkeit, damit man schnell nachschlagen kann.

Zumindest wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe.

As far as I understood, there is only one Arrangement wich includes all items, marked with ******. This costs 97,50 € each in case you make a double booking. As a single booking they will charge you 117,50 €. All items apart from the breakfeast can also be booked seperatly belonging to the according prices.

The different links all go to the same arrangement and are just multiple for a user-friendly way of fast finding.

I hope I got it right. If not please correct me because this is an answer to a question from Sylvia (Zora)

one night 1 room is € 70
breakfast € 20
lunch € 25
diner € 60
keukenhof entrance € 27
total € 202

price of arrangement = € 195, you will safe 7 euro

and in the bar is a special price normal price of a beer is € 1,90 and now € 1,70
